Attention ! French law concerning the right of withdrawal only applies to customers residing in France. If the temple shop accepts the return of goods then the return of the article is possible otherwise no refund is provided for foreign customers.

In accordance with the french legislation governing mail order sales in force for online sales, you have the possibility of returning to us, without specifying the reason and at your expense, any article within 14 days following the date of delivery in being fully reimbursed for the price of the article concerned. However, items that do not meet your expectations must be returned to us in new condition in their original packaging.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will deliver an acknowledgment of receipt to you.
Our refund will be made no later than 1 week after receipt of the returned item(s). Do not return the order without the agreement received by email.
